Elizabeth Wakefield, DPM, podiatrist, is speaking at the Portland Chamber of Commerce Women in Business event this month. The dinner, sponsored by TriStar Portland ER, will consist of a discussion on being healthy in the New Year. Dr. Wakefield will speak to how smoking can impact foot health and how to prevent heel and foot pain when starting a new workout program.
